What if I don't like something?
You have 30 days after receiving the goods to decide whether the item(s) is right for you. We ask you to handle the jewelry with care and not to return the items damaged, dirty or altered. Please note that personalized products cannot be returned/refunded.
How do I return something?
Please report your return to us immediately Customer portal so that we can register your return and process it as quickly as possible!
Please enter the email address you used when placing your order. You will receive a 6-digit code. Enter the code and tell us what you want to return and why. Please note that you will only be redirected to register your return if you enter the data correctly.
The returned product must be in good condition so as not to affect resale: the item must not be damaged, dirty or altered.
The item's label must not be damaged, removed or torn.
Please mark the returned goods clearly (quantity + reason) on the return slip.
Be sure to include the completed return slip with your return shipment.
Note: If any of the above conditions are not met, the refund process will be delayed or the return may not be eligible for a refund
Please return the free gift in this order if you no longer meet the original promotional requirement after returning it.

Returning your items is free and easy. Of course, we hope that all items ordered meet your expectations - but if you are not satisfied with some of them, you can return them within 30 days.
Please note that you must bear the costs for another return within the same order yourself.
We do not send a confirmation of receipt after receiving your return. You can use the tracking number of your return to see where the package is located. We usually need 15 working days to process your return after receiving the goods. After larger campaigns, the processing time may be longer. We are currently setting a processing time of approx. 2-3 weeks and apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please keep the issued return receipt carefully until the refund has been processed.
Can I exchange goods?
Unfortunately, we cannot currently offer you an exchange of the goods. However, you have the option of sending your order back to us within 30 days of receipt. As soon as your return has reached our warehouse, you will receive your money back. Then order the items you want Products simply new.
